Healthy Heart
Healthy food High in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and anthocyanins.

Apologies for the sad reason to write this blog, but I unable to stop myself to penned down my thoughts and knowledge.

Reason I’m writing this blog is, few days back one of my dear uncle ( Fupa ji ) passed away due to cardiac attack in his 59 of age. It gave me goosebumps the person who neither eats unhealthy nor fell ill so often throughout his life passed away due to cardiac attack, unable to digest it. Also I read a post on some group, a person in his forties or thirties passed due to cardiac attack, it gave me disturbing thoughts when I think about his 3-year-old and 7-year-old.

I think it’s all karma/destiny. But we can’t depend on it and we need to act on it. We need to make efforts to lead a good life.

This news forced me to introduce some new healthy items about which I knew already but never introduced in our daily lifestyle like flax seeds , chia seeds, pumpkin seeds. I feel health of the family is in the hand of the cook of the family. So cook healthy, serve healthy and eat healthy. I try to follow some healthy items in our daily lifestyle for my family’s good health.

Just to add one more things people these days have wines and other alcohol drinks because it’s so classy or show high standard/lifestyle I will say have some healthy items even if you don’t like its taste because they make your health good. Try to pick healthy items so that in future you can prevent use of supplements in your diet or you feel satisfied that you gave your 100% to your life.

Introduce powerful food items like oats, quinoa, chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, homemade whey protein (leftover water while making paneer), figs, dry or fresh apricots, walnuts, Dalia, use of less salt etc. which is good for your health and your heart, I would like to make a request to all my readers please follow some of them for the sake of you and your near and dear ones. Please take at least 8 hours of sleep and do exercises / walk along with healthy diet. Most important don’t worry for immaterial things, keep trying hard, one day you will get that definitely. Be happy.
