Chickpeas salad
- Chickpeas – 200grams
- Tomato – 1 medium size
- Onion – 1 medium size
- Cucumber – 1 medium size
- Green chillis – 1
- Ginger – 1inch
- Lemon – 2 tea spoon
- Salt – 1 tea spoon
- Garam masala – 1/2 tea spoon
- Red Chilli powder – 1/4 tea spoon
- Coriander – 10-15 leaves
- Cumin seeds powder- 1/4 tea spoon
How to make it
- Soak the chickpeas overnight.
- Boil the chickpeas.
- Finely chop the onions , tomato , cucumber and green chilli.
- Finely chop the coriander.
- Finely chop the ginger in strips.
- Add the boiled chickpeas in a bowl , add chopped onion , tomato and cucumber.
- Add salt , red chilli powder , Garam masala , cumin seeds powder , lemon and chopped ginger.
- Add green chilli , coriander and mix it.
- Serve it.

Note : You can use canned chickpeas also
