Ingredients

1. Couscous – 200 gram approx
2. Water – 250 ml
3. Onion – 1 medium size
4. Yellow bell paper (optional)- 1/2 small size
5. Red bell paper (optional)- 1/2 small size
6. Green bell paper (optional) – 1/2 small size
7. Tomato – 1 medium size
8. Coriander – handful
9. Green chilli – 1 or 2 depends on your taste
10. Salt – 1 and half tea spoon or as per your taste
11. Refined oil – 2 table spoon

How to make

1. Finely Chop the onions, red bell paper , yellow bell paper , green bell paper, tomato , green chillis and coriander.
2. Heat the oil in pan.
3. Fry the onions till golden brown.
4. Add tomato and fry it for 2 minutes.
5. Add bell papers and green chillis and sauté it for 2 minutes.
6. Add salt , water and boil it.
7. Add couscous , coriander and mix it and turn off the gas and close the lid of the pan and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
8. Vegetable couscous is ready
9. Enjoy it with tea or drink of your choice.
