  1. Chickpeas – 100 grams
  2. Tomato – 1 medium size
  3. Onion – 1 medium size
  4. Cucumber – 1 medium size
  5. Yellow bell paper : 1/2
  6. Red bell paper – 1/2
  7. Green bell paper – 1/2
  8. Carrot – 1 Medium size
  9. Cherry tomato – 6
  10. Beet root – 1 medium size
  11. lettuce – 4-5 leaves
  12. Salt – 1 teaspoon or as per taste
  13. Black pepper – 1/4 tea spoon
  14. Cream (Optional)- 2 tbspoon
  15. Yogurt- 2 tbspoon

How to make it

  1. Soak the chickpeas overnight.
  2. Boil the chickpeas.
  3. Wash and Chop the onions , tomato , cucumber , bell papers, carrot , beetroot.
  4. Wash the lettuce leaves and finely chop it.
  5. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut it into half.
  6. Add the boiled chickpeas in a bowl , add all chopped vegetables and cherry tomatoes.
  7. Add salt , black pepper and mix it
  8. Add cream and yogurt and mix it.
  9. Serve it.

Note : you can use canned boiled chickpeas also
