- Chickpeas – 100 grams
- Tomato – 1 medium size
- Onion – 1 medium size
- Cucumber – 1 medium size
- Yellow bell paper : 1/2
- Red bell paper – 1/2
- Green bell paper – 1/2
- Carrot – 1 Medium size
- Cherry tomato – 6
- Beet root – 1 medium size
- lettuce – 4-5 leaves
- Salt – 1 teaspoon or as per taste
- Black pepper – 1/4 tea spoon
- Cream (Optional)- 2 tbspoon
- Yogurt- 2 tbspoon
How to make it
- Soak the chickpeas overnight.
- Boil the chickpeas.
- Wash and Chop the onions , tomato , cucumber , bell papers, carrot , beetroot.
- Wash the lettuce leaves and finely chop it.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut it into half.
- Add the boiled chickpeas in a bowl , add all chopped vegetables and cherry tomatoes.
- Add salt , black pepper and mix it
- Add cream and yogurt and mix it.
- Serve it.
Note : you can use canned boiled chickpeas also
